South Boulder House
Our client desired an integrated and open living space that could adapt to their family's needs. They were inspired by the design aesthetics of Scandinavian and Japanese homes and wanted to increase the amount of natural light while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
We worked with their 1970s home that was already functional and improved it by expanding and opening up the kitchen to flow seamlessly into the dining area. We leveled out the floors so that the main living spaces transitioned harmoniously from room to room. Additionally, we updated key areas such as the living room, sunroom, and bathrooms. The outcome of our efforts was a warm, calming and harmonious living experience.
Energy features: Marvin Low-E windows and doors, Energy Star appliances, LED lighting, improved insulation, water-saving fixtures and toilets.
