Minimalist Modern MCM

Our neighbors in the well-known mid-century modern Krisana Park neighborhood, needed a lot more space. The scope included a primary suite off the back, a living room addition, new garage, entry hall, bike storage, and a new open kitchen. The homeowners loved modern detailing and wanted a clean, minimalist aesthetic. Their inspiration: The Apple Store.

We created a primary suite oasis at the end of a new main entry hall, which includes a warm wood feature wall behind the bed, and doors which open up to the back patio, as well as a sleek modern bathroom.

Both additions included large sliding glass doors that fully open to the exterior for a truly indoor-outdoor experience. For the kitchen, we removed the existing wall to create a more open kitchen, dining and living space, and incorporated a modular column appliance system.
