Hygge Life: shop for cozy living

We all need more Hygge in our life and if you don't know what that is, google it, then drive over to the coolest, yet warmest, home furnishing shop in Avon, Colorado. They recently expanded and are twice their original size. The Danish concept is about surrounding yourself with comfort, deliciously soft textiles, bespoke furniture, thoughtful lighting, and unique modern decor...so you can hunker down and enjoy your space with friends and family... even more than you thought you could.

Coincidentally, our initial visit coincided with my reading of Meik Wiking's The Little Book of Hygge and The Little Book of Lykke - both fun little books focused on the Danish philosophy of close friends, family, and cozy togetherness. You can also sit down and enjoy a coffee in their small cafe in the back to get your Hygge on!
